Carding and Spinning- Raw Material is then spin into Yarn.

Dyeing- After the Yarn is spun its then dyed as per the colors needed.

Weaving- The magic of creativity- Next stage is weaving. Weaving a hand knotted rug requires a great deal of skill and is often time taking. A complex pattern requires dense knotting and thus takes long time to produce. An average weaver can tie about 10,000 knots per day so you can imagine how much time it takes to finish just one carpet.

Washing- Rugs are then washed to bring natural shine and wash dirt that is accumulated during the weaving process.

Finishing- At last trimming is done for the finished look.
